Prep these smoothie bags ahead of time for busy mornings! Simply grab a bag from the freezer and blend.
Ingredients
- 1 strawberries, quartered
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/2 blueberries
- 1/2 raspberries
- 1 baby kale
- 1 baby spinach
Directions
- Divide ingredients between four 1-quart resealable plastic bags. Seal and freeze for up to 1 month.
- In a blender, combine the contents of 1 bag with 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk or apple juice. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
