Ingredients
- 1/2 c plain whole milk greek yogurt
- 1/3 c crumbled blue cheese
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (to your taste)
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine the dressing ingredients, including 1 tablespoon oil and ½ teaspoon salt, and whisk with a fork until blended, keeping some of the cheese lumps apparent.
Refrigerate until needed.
