1. Black Bean-Habanero Lime Dip
This dip is so hot that when you prepare it, you literally have to wear gloves (or at least don't touch your face) when working with the habanero chilies--some of the spiciest in the world. However, the end result is worth it, because the chilies and cilantro complements the whipped cream cheese and black beans, creating a perfect harmony of spicy and refreshing.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup diced white onion
1 cup rinsed and rough chopped pre-cooked black beans (canned fine)
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-2 teaspoon minced habanero chile--seeds and ribs removed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

2. Bacon Explosion
Don't even try to put this one within ten feet of a vegetarian. With few ingredients, this one isn't too difficult to make and involves both sausage and bacon--in fact, it's a log of sausage and bacon. Yeah.

2 pounds thick cut bacon
2 pounds Italian sausage
1 jar of your favorite barbecue sauce
1 jar of your favorite barbecue rub
2 pounds thick cut bacon
