Garlic Chicken

Get rid of the unnecessary fat by enjoying this gourmet chicken dish sans the skin. The garlic flavor won't just keep the vampires away -- it'll drive off the commonplace dinnertime doldrums.

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. rice wine, or white wine
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tbsp. cooking oil, Low Fat
10 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
Hot, cooked rice

Methods/steps
Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Mix sauce ingredients (water through chicken bouillon). Stir fry chicken in oil. When almost done, remove. Add garlic and vegetables. Stir-fry. Return chicken to wok. Stir in sauce. Serve over rice.
