Baked Brie with Fruit

To brie or not to brie? That is the question! We say, brie all that you can brie with this cheese and nut lover's delight. Topped with nuts and served with fresh apples and pears, it makes for a great snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) Brie cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced

Methods/steps
Heat oven 375 degrees. Place two rectangles of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press the dough and wrap the cheese ball in the dough. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Let stand for 2-5 minutes before serving. Serve with apple and pear slices.
