Ham Salad Sandwich

This is just a nice change from an ordinary ham sandwich

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Deli Thin Cooked Ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle, chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
1) Mix all of the ingredients gently but thoroughly. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
2) Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

Serving Suggestions
Serve on bread as a sandwich. Can also serve on leave of Boston lettuce with tomato slices.
