Bean and Garlic Dip

Think you've bean there, done that? You haven't until you've tried this white bean tip that's to die for. This healthy offering makes for a great snack, especially when served with pita chips, pretzels or fresh cut carrots and celery. You will love every spoonful.



Ingredients
2 cans white beans (drained) 
1 garlic clove (chopped)  
3 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh) 
3 tbsp. water 
Fresh ground black pepper 
1 pinch cumin seeds 
1 pinch paprika

Methods/steps
In a blender mix the beans, garlic, lemon juice and water until smooth; season with pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle over a few cumin seeds and a pinch of ground paprika. Serve with toasted whole meal pita bread fingers and olives or fresh vegetables.
