Morning Fruit Wrap

It's a wrap! This tooty, fruity treat brings together fresh fruit, preserves and ricotta cheese for a breakfast staple that could easily pass for a sweet snack or a decadent dessert.

Ingredients
6 inches low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
2 tsp.low-sugar strawberry preserves
2 tbsp.fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tbsp. chopped almonds

Methods/steps
Spread preserves on tortilla. Top with ricotta cheese. Place strawberries on top of ricotta and sprinkle with almonds. Roll tightly and serve.
