Choose Your Dip Cheese Fondue

This versatile Mexican fondue can be served with just about anything you want. It's your choice. Whether it's bread, chips or vegetables, you won't be able to resist the urge to double -- or triple -- dip with this fondue favorite...Say cheese!

Ingredients
1 (10 oz.) can green chile enchilada sauce
3 cups (12 oz.) Muenster cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. cold water

Methods/steps
1. Heat enchilada sauce. Add cheese a little at a time until it melts, stir in chili powder. Combine cornstarch and water, and then add to sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour into fondue pot.
