Becky's Pumpkin Bread

Ever have left over pumpkin pie mix that just does not seem to fit into the pie shell? Well my good friend Becky decided instead of throwing it away she was going to make some pumpkin bread with it. Guess what? It even turned out really well!

Ingredients (measurements are approximations)
Left over pumpkin pie mix
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
walnuts

If you like you can also add raisins or any other fruit you like such as apples or pears to sweeten the bread up a bit.

Directions
Mix all together
Place in greased loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees F until toothpick comes out clean

Give as a gift or set out for guests or keep all to yourself!
