Ingredients
2 large just-ripe pineapples, peeled and cut into chunks
2 liters of rum
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 vanilla beans
Methods/steps
In a very large jar, combine the pineapple chunks and rum. Add the sugar and vanilla beans. Cover and let the rum stand at room temperature, stirring it occasionally, for at least 1 week.
