Ingredients
* 3/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1 oz. garbanzo flour
* 1 oz. fava bean flour
* 2 oz. sorghum flour
* 2 oz. flax seed meal
* 2 oz. tapioca flour
* 1/4 tsp. iodized salt
* 1/4 tsp. baking powder
* 4 oz. unsalted butter
* 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce
* 3 large eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla
