Chocolate Zucchini Cake

This recipe was provided by my friend Brooke and it was a great hit at the office! Try some for yourself to share or to hoard...you choose!

Bake: 350 degrees F
Time: 40-45 minutes
Size: 13 x 9 baking pan

Ingredients
Cake
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup mayo
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 sour milk (add a touch of lemon juice to regular milk to sour it a bit)
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups zucchini (add more if using frozen)

Topping
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (whatever kind you like)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions
1. Combine all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Combine all topping ingredients into a separate bowl and mix until blended.
3. Pour cake mix into 13 x 9 baking pan (grease and flour pan if needed).
4. Sprinkle topping mix unto cake mix in pan.
5. Place in oven and bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick interested comes out clean.
